PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept the following methods of payment: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.
All prices are subject to change without notice
BACK ORDERS:
In some cases items that have been ordered together may be delivered separately.
Products not received with your initial order are considered a back order.
SHIPPING RATES AND HANDLING INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped Federal Express Ground unless other arrangements are made. Handling charges do apply.
Rush Delivery is available for an additional charge. Shipping charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada and International orders will be determined at time of shipping. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 days from receipt of order.
RETURNS:
All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Email us at customerservice@gotgreatgifts.com. Failure to do so will constitute full acceptance of the order. All refunds are made by check, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee within seven days of the receipt of returned merchandise.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned freight collect.
Please report any damages to customer service immediately.
